      More info This is an "open competition" which means everyone can join, regardless your level/experience and whether or not you are a member of Sportquest. And it's not JUST a competition! There will be a BBQ, drinks, music and a lot of sun!
If you can't (or don't want to lift) support is welcome too.

17:00 Weigh-in
18:00 Start competition
After (or during )) the competition: BBQ and beer!

If you want to be present at the last competition of the season in Amsterdam; transfer €10,- to 495808059 (both lifters and supporters). Mention "bijdrage onkosten 17 juli 2011".

      Morgen (woensdag de 13e) is de laatste dag om aan te melden. Meld je aan door €10 over te maken aan rekening 495808059 Sportquest te Amsterdam. Als omschrijving meld:  bijdrage onkosten 17 juli 2011.
