      Nah, het zijn die kleine wapens. Wat hij het meest geheime wapen vd samurai noemt.

          ja maar hoe heet het nou, nu wil ik het weten ook boosknipoog

          Velen zouden er bij gebaat zijn om meer energie te steken in keihard trainen en minder in eindeloze discussies over welk schema optimaal is.
          Want zelfs op de meest "perfecte routine" kan je trainen als een slappe vaatdoek.
