Voor wat het waard is, een berichtje van supertraining.
I have been using Flexion Distraction for 30 years and have helped well
over 1000s of disc injuries. Back in the 80s with repeated MRI studies
there was always a reduction in a disc bulge with the best being 8 mm.
Any type of decompression works well as long as the injury is a
"contained" bulge and not fully herniated or fragmented disc which may
require surgery. There are numerous devices on the market which are not
that expensive and self administrated. I have discussed several of
these in my blog on our web site.
Squats should always be followed by "decompression" exercises such as
hanging knee tucks. Works for me and many of my past patients.
