Does the NBBF use a spray tanning service that uses Jan Tana products to tan the athletes for the Dutch National Championships?

My sister Liona has a spray, but the problem is that it cost money. Jan Tana charges around 100 US$ for tanning and when you also like to have make-upo and hair it will be arounbd 300 US$. When the athletes ask for it and are willing to pay for it, why not, everything can be arranged but cost money.
