Voor degenen die zich Married With Children kunnen herinneren....
Kwam erachter dat Ed O'Neil (Al Bundy) 2 jaar geleden zijn zwarte band Braziliaans Jiu-Jitsu (= zeg maar de grondvecht technieken die je bij MMA ziet) behaald heeft onder Rorion Gracie (dus is zeker geen geflatteerde zwarte band).
Om het even in perspectief te plaatsen: een zwarte band braziliaans jiu jitsu (BJJ) en zeker onder een Gracie is geen geringe prestatie. Bij een hoop andere vechtsporten is het mogelijk binnen 4 jaar een zwarte band te behalen bij BJJ moet je denken aan een jaar of 10 (Al Bundy deed er 15 jaar over).

Nu weet ik dat alles mogelijk is super blij

      Respect  dat had ik ook echt niet achter hem gezocht. Je ziet zo'n man als het typetje dat hij speelt en niet als de persoon die hij is, dat scheelt natuurlijk wel.

            Hij zat natuurlijk teveel met zijn hand tussen zijn band daarom duurde het zo lang maar even zo goed mooie prestatie.
